The McMahons - Family Lifestyle Session - Ottawa Family Photographer

I'm taking it back to sunny, warm days. Back to ice cream dripping down your cone, playing in the warm water and watching sunsets. Back to this an amazing family session I had the honour of photographing in August of last year with the McMahons.

Logan turns 2 - Extended Family Lifestyle Session - Ottawa Based Photographer

We definitely all got our workout in chasing sweet sweet Logan around the park back in May.

Logan's mom, Hailey, gifted this session to both of Logan's  two sets of grandparents but also GREAT grandparents. Seriously, an incredible gift. Irreplaceable moments now frozen in time for Logan to look back on and know just how much he is loved.

The Thomas' - Family Lifestyle Session - Ottawa Based Photographer

Wonderful at home session with these five last month. It was my second time making my way to Chesterville to document this ever growing family, with little George as the new addition.

With the combination of three boys, acres of property, their own pond, apple trees and chickens, there was never a dull moment and had me smiling from ear to ear the entire session. Hope this set brings a smile to your face too.

Daisy Turns Two! - Family Lifestyle Session - Ottawa Based Photographer

Daisy turned two in September! We had an amazing family lifestyle session starting with making pudding with daddy and then heading outside to harvest some of the vegetable from their family garden, two of her favourite things. Then we got ready to head to the park where Danielle and Dan used to frequent while they were engaged pre Daisy. Feeding the ducks and birds, blowing bubbles and playing in the fountain, what more could a girl ask for!

I've been watching and documenting Daisy since she was 2 months old and I just absolutely adore this beautiful, smart, little girl as well as her Mom and Dad! Such a wonderful family, can't wait to hang out again!

Lucas' 1st Birthday - Family Lifestyle Session - Ottawa Based Photographer

I was so thrilled that our schedules aligned and we were able to capture some special moments on the day of Lucas' 1st Birthday.

A little bath after dinner. A play session with mom and dad and then a leisurely stroll on the grounds of the experimental farm.

During my communication with Elizabeth before our session, she told me that I had a lot of work ahead of me as she felt her and her husband, Mark, were quite unphotogenic... I chuckled as I finished up their set and looked through their photos one last time before sending them off. My camera absolutely LOVED them.... but don't let me try to convince you, I'll let you be the judge.

The Wards - Family Session - Ottawa Based Photographer

I have been photographing the Ward's since their oldest son, Liam, has been in Amie's belly.

They have grown with me, and stayed with me since the beginning. Trusting in me to capture and document beautiful memories for them to look back on and I will strive to be better each time I photograph them. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for their loyalty and of course, for looking so damn good ;D

The Herrington's - Family/Maternity Lifestyle Session - Ottawa Based Photographer

This Family.

I just can't get enough.

Hazel and Matt wanted to capture their last moments as a family of four. We played at home, cuddled a bit, visited the park, climbed some trees, ran through the grass and watched the sun set. We finished the session off with a very well deserved ice-cream treat.

They decided to leave the gender of their third babe a surprise till birth, and I have since met their fifth addition, so I will continue to leave you in suspense until I post their Newborn session;)

Enjoy!!

The Hunter's - Family Lifestyle Session - Ottawa Based Photographer

Spent an evening last month with this gorgeous family of five. Three beautiful girls, each with their completely, unique personalities.

Spent half the session in their home, which I love doing with my family sessions, as it gets the kids used to me in a familiar and comfortable environment.

We spent the last half of the session walking some trails around Mud lake, looking for turtles and rabbits and ended it soaking up the setting sun, blowing bubbles and picking flowers. Absolutely perfect.
